As all of our products are handmade to order, please allow up to 48hrs for your order to be processed when your order is placed.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days to be delivered (including 48hr manufacturing time).

How does a candle work?

A candle works by utilizing the process of combustion. When the wick is lit, heat melts the wax near the wick's base. This liquid wax is drawn up the wick due to capillary action. As the liquid wax reaches the flame, it vaporizes and breaks down into molecules. These molecules react with oxygen in the air, creating heat, light, water vapor, and carbon dioxide. This continuous process sustains the flame and produces the characteristic glow and warmth of a burning candle.

What are your candles made of?

All of our container candles, pillar candles and wax melts are made with 100% soy wax. We currently have Beeswax and Palm wax ranges in the pipeline to offer our customers more variety - so if these sound more up your street then keep your eyes peeled for a release date!

How long do your candles burn?

Our burn times vary for each product. Please refer to individual product descriptions for an approximate burn time on your chosen candle/melt.
